Intellectual Property Notice
The rights to artistic products remain the exclusive property of Créations Kadi, even after their acquisition. This includes the purchase of original items, custom creations, prints, and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any product, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer the right to create a non-fungible token (NFT) from the item, make copies of it, or reproduce it in any way for profit or other purposes.
Collectors are not permitted to reproduce artistic products in any way without the express written permission of the artist. Sharing images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not violate this clause.
Liability
We disclaim all liability regarding the products once they are in the possession of the buyer. It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate in any way for damages caused to the products due to mishandling by customers. For example: fingerprints on the white border, tearing of art prints, damage to artworks, etc.
According to consumer protection guarantees, compensation is provided in the event of damaged products received due to issues with postal services and/or defective items shipped. Each product undergoes multiple inspections before passing quality control for shipping, and only flawless reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment.
We kindly ask you to read the product descriptions carefully and thoroughly. It is not our responsibility to compensate customers who have not reviewed the information provided in the product description before making a purchase. All prints include borders.
Returns and Refunds
If you encounter any issues with your order, we will do our best to resolve the situation. Here are our return policies for each product. We honor a 14-day return policy for eligible products. We strive to present accurate photographs in terms of product color, but please note that settings may vary from one device to another.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received. Art Prints (variable eligibility): Prints are very delicate. Our quality control and hygiene standards are strict, and most products cannot be resold after a return. Only prints that are unhandled and kept in their original packaging will be eligible for return. If, upon inspection, returned prints are deemed unsuitable for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Originals (non-eligible): All purchases of originals are final. They come with a special and personalized gift, and Kadi personally incurs generous fees for their shipping with their original stretcher directly to your door via a courier service. For large format creations, we prefer to remove the canvas from its stretcher to ship it in a shipping tube, to ensure that the item reaches you in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the canvas, installation on a stretcher as well as any framing costs will be borne by the buyer.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for impulse purchases. In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, shipping fees for any item returned in good faith are not covered by the studio. Only defective products or those not covered by consumer warranty will be covered for return costs by Créations Kadi.
Shipping Policy
The Créations Kadi studio team works very hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
The processing times as well as estimated delivery times for each item can be found in the product descriptions. Allow 2 to 14 business days for domestic deliveries and 10 to 28 business days for international deliveries. Please note that for some countries, parcels from Canada may take an additional 15 days to clear customs.

Please note that there may be occasional delays in shipping orders when artworks go viral on social media. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
If you need to change the shipping address, please inform us within 24 hours of purchase to ensure redirection. We cannot modify the address once the product has been shipped from our studio. Please contact us via the contact page as soon as possible.
Créations Kadi is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure to provide complete and correct postal addresses at the time of payment. If you desire a refund in this scenario, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied, and shipping costs will be recovered by the studio.

WICCA Products
For hygiene reasons, all jewelry and products sold are final sales. It is not recommended to wear jewelry and sachets in water (e.g., in the shower, bath, or pool) or to spray products on them (such as perfume). Use a dry and soft cloth to clean. Handle with care. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Remove jewelry before sleeping. Actual colors may vary from the photo presented.

Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in Quebec, Canadaand is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and fine art merchandise.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified at your request.
